A mysterious message from Fiona - www.dhalerambo.com The background is a painted scene of Kerus, The Page of Beastfolks. There are tall columns, red banners, and green cypress tress against a pale, cloudy sky.

A postcard from Kerus and a message from Fiona Thorne

I received a postcard in the mail (somehow) from Fiona. I think it’s in some kind of code? It also looks like it has been through multiple hands (and paws) before it got to me. Luckily, the Painted Edge doesn’t have internet access so anything Fiona wants to say should be completely safe for me to say here.

Frayed postcard from Fiona with text

The postcard from Fiona reads:

  • News travels fast. Your letter arrived slightly
  • frayed but readable. We’ve enjoyed visiting the
  • edges of Kerus, seeing the sites. I had the
  • will to press on but Dodger asked that I
  • release him for the day so I write to you
  • on this lovely Kerus postcard. I had purchased
  • six but lost the rest. Yesterday we travelled
  • twenty-six miles to visit a shrine built by
  • 2,025 people. What a marvel! Built in the
  • Pre Larrakane times. My notes are not in
  • order and I can’t remember exactly when.
  • Now, I rest and plan our next adventure!
  • Thanks again for your letter, Fiona

Can you figure out what Fiona is trying to tell me? Let me know your thoughts and theories in the comments.

Clue: Perhaps it has something to do with this.
